Egypt is introducing Japanese-style education. With assist from JICA and the PADECO’s team 40 “Egyptian Japanese Schools (EJS)” have been developed in the country and to be popularized by the end of 2019. Twenty Egyptian instructors and university professors in charge of curriculum creation visited a school in Fukuoka Prefecture in October to learn about Japanese special activities at schools including classes, cleaning, school lunches, and class meetings.
