PADECO supports capacity building of organizations and human resource development through seminars and trainings for counterparts in the partner countries where we are implementing projects together.

For example, in the "Project for Strengthening the Capacity for Career Counseling for the Youth" implemented in Jordan, we provided technical support for enhancement of the capacity of counseling and job search, in order to solve the mismatch between job seekers and employers in Jordan, where the unemployment rate among young people is high.

PADECO supports the overseas expansion of Japanese companies and the realization of SDGs management by utilizing the networks with local government offices, local companies, and consultants, which PADECO has established in countries around the world through overseas projects of international donors and JICA over many years.

●Market research and marketing support in developing countries

PADECO collects local information, and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the market size, needs, and competition in developing countries, making the most of the network that we and our local consultants have.
●Support for expanding overseas sales channels to developing countries

To expand sales channels in developing countries, PADECO introduces clients to appropriate organizations, identify potential distributors, and provides support for online promotions, sales accompaniment, seminars and overseas exhibitions. Our in-house studio and Virtual Reality (VR) goggles can be utilized for online business meetings and seminars.

●Global human resource development support

PADECO plans and implements training programs for employees of companies entering developing countries and local employees to develop human resources needed to advance into business in developing countries. Our own Learning Management System (LMS), VR goggles, and overseas network to introduce appropriate human resources can be utilized
