The JBIC SAPI Study was formulated to provide support for the Government in its port sector reform and reform of POB, by making proposals on the reform agenda and scope and areas of possible private sector participation, through reviewing and analyzing the port reform effects, port financial stability, and port private sector participation. This support will contribute to the continuous development and operation of POB for the sustainable growth of Bulgaria.
